Dispatch
Orders are generally dispatched within 1 week (if there are no preorder items).
RETURNS & REFUNDS
I do not accept returns of items.
I will only refund for damaged items, incorrectly sent items or missing items from an order.
If there is damage to your order, first get in contact via one of my social media accounts or the Contact page in the sidebar with clear photographs of the damage to the products and the packaging (if it is also damaged). I can then refund you the cost of the damaged item.
Make sure to include your order number if sending a message.
Cancellations
Once your order is placed I do not accept cancellations.
If you need to update information such as the delivery address you can contact me via my social media accounts or the Contact page in the sidebar. Make sure to include your order number which will be on the confirmation email that you received.
I reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If customers do not follow my Terms & Conditions I also reserve the right to cancel their orders and refuse any further service.
